Solution without changing Higher Resolution Monitor
Press Shift + F8 before the Windows logo appears. (OR)
Press Power Button long to interrupt Windows, then Click
- Click Troubleshoot.
- Advanced Options.
- Windows Startup Settings
- Try to boot to Safe Mode with Enable low-resolution video.
- Restart your PC.
